Denver has a lot of beautiful, older masonry homes in its urban center that have a ton of potential for modern living. This project is a whole house renovation of a 1910 era home including a complete gut and refinish to the habitable attic space. A 268 square foot family room addition with accordion doors and two huge skylights will be added to the rear of the home, expanding the useable living space and providing a connection to the new deck and spa area in the rear yard. We are also adding a new two-car garage with a finished home office and full bath. The whole house renovation includes a new floating stair in a new opening, a new expanded kitchen, new lighting and flooring throughout, a renovation of the existing guest bath, and the addition of a new master bath upstairs. Designwise provided all design, document production, and construction procurement services and will perform the legwork to obtain the building permit. The expected construction start date is the Spring of 2024.
